Feijoada-completa

Farofa, naranja, couve, diferentes carnes de cerdo (costilla, tocino, lomo…), alubias pintas (casi negras), arroz y salsa de pimienta componen esta “feijoada completa”, plato habitual de la gastronomía brasileña. Los restaurantes la sirven, principalmente, los miércoles y los sábados.
